HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We currently offer free international shipping on all orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email please contact our customer service at customercare@bondiswim.com

Make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Australia, and are estimated to arrive within 5-12 business days. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.

There may be the occasional delay due to customs clearance processes which are outside of our control.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Bondi Swim uses DHL eCommerce for all international orders, and Australia Post for all orders within Australia.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Bondi Swim does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Each country has their own laws when it comes to duties and taxes. These charges go to the country where the package is received and have no link to our shipping process. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Bondi Swim, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
